  • Enable strong password practices for all users.
  • Keep account recovery contacts up to date.
  • Use a clear workspace name (for example, business unit or group name).
  • Confirm company profile fields before inviting the wider team.
  • Keep your workspace active and organized for reporting and audit consistency.

Make sure these are complete and accurate:

  • legal business name
  • tax identifiers
  • primary email and phone
  • address and operating details

Incorrect setup here usually causes avoidable invoice errors later.

If you operate multiple companies, keep each company profile clearly separated and review roles per company context.
