Use workspaces to:

• separate teams or business units
• manage access boundaries
• keep activity and reporting organized

What Is a Company Profile?

A company profile (tenant) holds your legal and tax identity used in invoicing workflows.

For each company, maintain:

• legal name and identifiers
• tax profile
• contact and address information

Recommended Structure

• One workspace per operating team or business area.
• One company profile per legal entity.
• Clear ownership for each workspace/company setup.

Multi-Company Tips

• Standardize naming across all company profiles.
• Keep tax and contact data up to date monthly.
• Assign access per company context, not globally by habit.

Avoid Common Problems

• Do not let multiple admins edit core legal/tax fields without process.
• Do not leave inactive company profiles unmanaged.
